The #RefundinAja service offers a 50% refund guarantee for flower purchases over Rp.500,000 from Baleton Flowerchef, intended for special moments such as proposals, asking someone out, and graduations, if the moment doesn't go as planned or fails.

How do I apply for a refund through the #RefundinAja service?

To apply for a refund, customers must contact the Baleton Admin via WhatsApp, fill out the refund application form, attach proof of purchase, and provide the reason for the refund request along with supporting evidence (e.g., photos, text messages, or other relevant proof).
If approved, the flowers must be returned on the same day, and the return shipping costs will be coverd by the customer.

What moments are covered by the #RefundinAja service?

This service is specifically for certain moments such as a rejected proposal, date, and graduation flowers when your friend does not graduate.

Is there a time limit for applying for a refund?

Yes, refund applications must be submitted within 24 hours from the time the flowers were delivered. Beyond this period, Baleton will not accept refund requests.
Customers can only apply for a refund once a month to prevent misuse of this policy.

Are all flower products from Baleton Flowerchef included in this service?

No, only flower products purchased specifically for proposals, asking someone out, and graduations are included in this service. Excluded products are standing flower arrangements, wedding flowers, cut flowers, and HNF.

What if the flowers received are damaged?

If the flowers received are damaged, customers can file a separate claim through the Satisfaction Guarantee service, especially if the flowers are intended for another occasion and do not qualify for the #RefundinAja service. If the flowers are in the same condition as when they were delivered, customers are entitled to a 50% refund. However, if the flowers are damaged, customers must return the flowers and will receive a 20% refund.

Does the #RefundinAja service apply to both online and offline flower purchases?

Yes, this service applies to all flower purchases, whether online through our website or offline at Baleton Flowerchef stores. The return shipping costs for the flowers are borne by the customer.

How is the refund process handled?

Refunds will be issued in the form of a bank transfer. The refund process may take up to 7 business days after the claim is approved.
